The successful candidate will be confident managing subcontractors, chairing progress meetings, producing progress reports and meeting minutes, and taking ownership of programme and site delivery.
The project includes complex scaffolding, temporary works, demolition and soft strip, window replacement, roofing, M&E and internal fit-out/making good works. Experience managing several of these packages would be highly advantageous.

Traffic Marshall/Banksman
NVQ Level 7 Construction Senior Management, or appropriate qualification towards maintaining/obtaining a Black CSCS Card.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and reliable Senior Site Manager who can take ownership of subcontractor packages and become a key member of the project team
