Lead Groundworker
Matchtech is seeking an experienced Ganger to lead a small civils team delivering essential drainage and wastewater network works across the South of England.
You will oversee day-to-day site operations, carrying out excavations, manhole repairs and installations while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role involving team supervision, site coordination, risk assessments, and management of plant, materials, and equipment.
Requirements:- Groundworks, utilities, or civils experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe site practices
- Experience using plant, tools, and machinery
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NRSWA (Streetworks)
- Cat & Genny
