Rate: Competitive - Dependent on Experience
We are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a major £200m+ construction project in Cardiff and are looking to appoint experienced Site Managers for a minimum of 12 months' freelance work
, with strong potential to extend beyond this.
We are particularly interested in Site Managers with proven experience in either:
- Internal Fit-Out / Finishing - managing significant internal packages on large-scale new-build projects within a main contracting environment.
- Steel Frame / Structural Packages - strong experience managing steel-frame construction and associated packages on major new-build schemes.
This is a substantial, high-profile project offering excellent longevity for the right individuals. Due to the scale and complexity of the scheme, applicants must have a strong background working for Tier 1 or established Tier 2 main contractors
.
- Proven Site Management experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contracting
- Strong large-scale internal fit-out OR steel-frame construction experience
- Experience delivering major new-build projects
- CSCS Gold, White or Black Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Able to commute reliably to Cardiff
- Strong package management, subcontractor coordination and site delivery experience
