Bellway, one of the UK7s leading house builders, invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor based in Cardiff. You will own the commercial performance of developments between Bridgend and Gloucester, managing budgets, costs and valuations while coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams.
You will produce budgets, valuations and payments, prepare sub-contract orders, and ensure compliance with the Group Commercial Policy. Travel across sites will be required.
