An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Cost Management / Commercial Management professional to join a major UK infrastructure organisation, playing a pivotal role.

With major capital projects valued between £100m and £1bn
, this is an opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished commercial leaders, take significant ownership of complex contractual activity and help shape the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure.

• Play a leading role in the commercial, cost and contract management of a Major UK Infrastructure programme.
• Work closely with senior project leadership as a key commercial advisor, influencing strategy and major project decisions.
• Lead contractual and commercial activity across complex civil engineering, marine, construction and infrastructure works
  .
• Oversee cost management, financial forecasting, commercial risk and contract performance.
• Support major procurement activity, supplier negotiations and commercial strategy.
• Manage complex contracts, ensuring robust governance and effective project delivery.

• Strong Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management background.
• Proven experience working on major infrastructure or capital projects
  , ideally valued at £100m+.
• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC, JCT and NEC contracts
  , with strong practical contract management experience.
• Experience across Civil Engineering, Marine, Industrial, Energy or wider Infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial negotiation, risk management and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• The credibility and confidence to operate at a senior level, working closely with project directors and commercial leadership.
