Art Dept Trainee for High End TV Drama (A BAD WOLF production)

Based in Wolf Studios Wales

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic international production company producing television drama at the very highest level.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated individual to work in the Art Dept department on a High-End TV production. This is an office based role. No prior industry experience is needed-just a passion for design, a creative mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Role includes:

• Assisting the Art Dept with research and look books.
• Assisting in surveying locations and drawing these findings up.
• Using Sketch Up to draw elements of sets.
• Finding and research references to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
• Preparing artwork for printing and working with different materials.
• Keeping files and designs organised to help with workflow.
• Running errands for the Art Department.

Skills required
:

• Interest in architecture and architectural styles.
• Some experience using 3D modelling software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign (even if it’s self-taught) and technical drawing.
• A creative mindset and ability to adapt to different styles.
• A keen eye for design, layout and composition.
• A hands‑on approach and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good organisation and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Access to own car and driving license is desirable
