A fast-scaling fintech is searching for a Marketing Design Lead to take full ownership of its visual identity.
The company is growing rapidly and needs a creative leader to bring its story to life visually. As Marketing Design Lead, you’ll be responsible for the look and feel of every marketing touchpoint — from digital campaigns and social content to event materials and web design.
This is a high-impact role where creativity meets strategy. You’ll evolve a brand that already resonates with customers while pushing it to new levels of clarity, recognition, and emotional connection. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams, you’ll ensure that every asset — whether seen by a prospective customer or partner — tells a consistent, compelling story.
At its core, this role is about ownership. You won’t just design within the brand — you’ll lead its evolution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring visual excellence and cohesion across all formats and channels, including:
Visual Brand Ownership – Lead all design output across digital, print, motion, and social. Maintain and evolve scalable design systems and brand guidelines.
Campaign Design – Develop creative concepts that build trust, recognition, and engagement across the customer journey. Use insight and research to ensure every design decision has strategic intent.
Multi-channel Execution – Deliver hands-on design work for social media, website content, events, PR, and sales materials — bringing creative consistency across every medium.
Project Management – Manage multiple projects independently and efficiently. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure assets are delivered on time and to brief.
External Coordination – Oversee freelancers and agencies where required, balancing big-picture brand thinking with day-to-day creative execution.
The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll have at least three years’ experience in design roles, with a portfolio demonstrating strong digital, print, and brand work. You’ll be fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with additional experience in motion design, video editing, or AI-assisted creative tools considered a plus.
Most importantly, you’ll have a strong instinct for translating complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals — backed by an exceptional design eye and solid understanding of user experience principles.
