Multimedia Designer (Video, Graphics & Motion)

Zino Group is seeking a highly creative, versatile, technology-savvy, and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer (Video, Graphics & Motion) to support content creation, graphic design, video production, motion graphics, photography, videography, and AI-powered creative projects across the Group.

This is a highly hands-on role for a modern creative professional who is equally comfortable designing graphics, filming content, editing videos, creating motion graphics, producing marketing materials, and leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate creative production.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how our brands are visually represented across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, events, proposals, advertisements, and corporate communications.

We are looking for a creative who understands that modern design is no longer just about technical skills—it is about combining creativity, storytelling, technology, artificial intelligence, and strategic thinking to create engaging and impactful content.

This role offers a unique opportunity to create content across aviation, technology, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, consulting, education, media, and personal branding.

Role Scope

The Multimedia Designer (Video, Graphics & Motion) will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across the Group, including graphic design, video production, motion graphics, photography, videography, social media content, marketing materials, presentations, proposals, advertisements, and branded content.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Growth & AI Manager and the Head of Marketing, Communications & Brand to ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards, marketing objectives, and business goals.

Design graphics for social media platforms.

Create marketing materials, brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and promotional assets.

Design proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and corporate documents.

Produce infographics and visual storytelling materials.

Create website graphics and digital assets.

Design event branding materials and marketing collateral.

Design logos and visual identities for brands, products, campaigns, and initiatives when required.

Support branding and rebranding projects across the Group.

Create website layouts, landing page concepts, and basic UI/UX mockups where required.

Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Video Production & Videography

Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content.

Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio equipment.

Capture interviews, testimonials, events, promotional content, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Support content creation for marketing campaigns and social media.

Travel for content production when required.

Edit short-form and long-form video content.

Produce content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, Facebook, websites, and other platforms.

Perform colour correction and colour grading.

Edit and enhance audio quality.

Deliver content optimised for different platforms and audiences.

Motion Graphics & Animation

Create motion graphics for videos and digital campaigns.

Design animated titles, transitions, lower thirds, and visual effects.

Produce explainer videos and animated content.

Create logo animations and promotional motion graphics.

Enhance content through dynamic visual storytelling techniques.

Photography & Visual Documentation

Capture high-quality photographs for marketing and corporate use.

Cover events, training programmes, conferences, media engagements, and corporate activities.

Edit and optimise photography assets.

Build and maintain visual content libraries.

Artificial Intelligence & Creative Innovation

Leverage AI tools to improve creative workflows, productivity, and content quality.

Use AI for content ideation, storyboarding, script support, graphic design concepts, image generation, video generation, voiceovers, editing assistance, research, and creative development.

Stay informed on emerging AI creative tools and technologies.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative efficiency using AI-powered workflows.

Support the Group’s broader AI adoption initiatives.

Experiment with new AI tools and recommend innovative ways of improving content production and creative output.

Brand Consistency & Creative Quality

Ensure consistency across all visual content and creative assets.

Maintain brand standards across all Group companies.

Support the development of premium and professional brand identities.

Ensure all content reflects the quality, professionalism, and positioning of the Group.

Work closely with marketing, growth, leadership, and operational teams.

Support campaigns, launches, events, and public-facing initiatives.
