Super Creative 2D Graphic Designer

The Role

Enterprise League is searching for a super creative 2D Graphic Designer to join our company. They will create original, exciting, and beautiful creative solutions in 2D.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work in the design department to produce high‑quality 2D characters, animations, UI design, backgrounds, and symbols. You will be involved in the entire life cycle of animation development, including initial concept, asset creation, and development. You will influence key stakeholder decision making and have the privilege to create projects with the potential to grow worldwide popular.

• Create stunning visual motion graphics for a variety of B2B marketing campaigns and creative brand projects.
• Visually illustrate different designs and ideas, making sure to adhere to briefs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for projects.
• Convert complex project briefs into powerful visual concepts and animations, taking ownership of that process from start to finish.
• Keep up to date with the latest software updates and industry best practice.
• Attention to detail is crucial while meeting deadlines; you will build content quickly and to a high standard.
• Bring your insight to all existing visual communication by offering innovative design solutions and sharing ideas to set Enterprise League apart from the competition.
• Provide 2D post‑production experience.
• Create 2D characters, backgrounds, and symbols.
• Design UI, layouts, and 2D logos.
• Have a grounding in design theory.
• Display creative and technical skills through a portfolio and a stunning showreel.
• Be passionate about impactful concepts and visual ideas that resonate with audiences.
• Have 3–4 years of experience in 2D/3D graphics design.
• Strong illustration and drawing skills are definitely a plus.
• Approach the creative process collaboratively, seeking feedback from others to sharpen ideas into fully fledged designs.
• Be efficient and able to adapt to processes and systems easily.
• Have strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Work with an approachable, transparent, and mindful mindset.
