What You’ll Do
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional, personalized customer experience across multiple channels by leveraging expertise and collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, proactively identifying, reporting, and addressing any breaches to safeguard the business, customers, and stakeholders
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, using insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Support and refine processes to increase customer service quality and operational efficiency, contributing ideas to optimize the end-to-end customer journey
  • Provide customers with accurate, timely, and relevant information to enable informed financial decisions, in accordance with consumer duty obligations

  • Deep understanding of diverse customer needs, with the ability to engage, influence, and build strong professional relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to accurately record and report customer information
  • Able to quickly learn, adapt, and work across multiple systems to deliver results for the business and customers
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage queries effectively while supporting overall team performance
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent written and verbal communication skills
