Octopus Energy Group in Cardiff is seeking compassionate individuals for a customer service role that involves home visits to customers in debt. You will gather information, help set up sustainable repayment plans, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Previous experience in customer service or supporting vulnerable individuals is highly desirable. The role requires a full UK driving licence and two years of driving experience.

A personal vehicle is required, and a competitive salary will be discussed during the interview.
