Branch Sales Assistant

Joining our friendly and hardworking family as a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll be on the front line dealing with customers that come into our shop. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing a first‑class service.

Not one day is the same in branch life, but here are a few pointers:

• Get exposure across a number of areas within the branch, including trading counter and telephone interactions.
• Work with the team to get products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Be based inside processing customer orders, answering phone calls, keeping stock, and facing up shelves.
• Deal with supplier deliveries and accurately book them in branch.
• Gain experience in the warehouse, learning product knowledge to provide the best service to customers.
• Work with the administration team to fully understand all areas of the business.
• Complete full training to use our systems and work with a coach on a 12‑month development programme.
• Deliver the highest standards of service, helping customers at a first name level.
