Senior Service Advisor - NO Weekend Working

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior
Service Advisor to join our well-established dealership at Vertu Union Motor Company. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within one of the UK’s leading motor retail groups.

We are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience
, along with a competitive benefits package.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role within the dealership, acting as the main point of contact between our customers and the workshop.

This is a customer-focused position where you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service and ensuring an excellent customer experience at every stage.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service or repair process
• Building long-term, trusted customer relationships
• Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Following up to ensure customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A professional, confident and customer‑focused approach
• Must have strong keyloop knowledge
