Do you have a genuine passion for sport and an interest in the fast-growing world of iGaming?

At Dragon Bet, we're looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who enjoy sport and want to build a career in a fun and fast-moving industry.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help support customers using our betting and gaming products, making sure they have a positive experience with Dragon Bet. This office-based role is in our Cardiff office and would suit someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and keeping up to date with sporting events. No extensive industry experience is required.

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Help customers through live chat and email with questions about their accounts, payments, and gameplay.
  • Assist customers with sports betting questions and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Support customers with account or technical issues and pass more complex problems to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Follow responsible gambling guidelines and company policies in all customer interactions.
  • Help customers understand how to use our website, features, and promotions.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve our products and services.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
  • An interest in sports and a basic knowledge of major teams, leagues, and sporting events.
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
  • A basic understanding of sports betting, or a willingness to learn.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to help others.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays and during major sporting events.
  • Willingness to work from our Cardiff-based office.
