IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of its client for an Account Manager to join their growing team based in Cardiff.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting business growth and client retention.
The Account Services team works closely with all areas of the business, taking both a proactive and reactive approach to supporting customers and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Duties- Effectively manage all inbound customer and prospective client enquiries.
- Liaise with relevant internal departments to resolve customer issues and queries.
- Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and thorough manner, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
- Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively support customers.
