An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual to join our dynamic team, working within Housing Services.
About the jobThe Complaint and Communication Officer is responsible for:
- Providing high quality responses to all complaints and enquiries from Councillors, Members of the Senedd and Members of Parliament.
- Providing information and reports relating to Ombudsman cases.
- Ensuring that complaints and enquiries are dealt within set timescales.
The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of current housing procedures. Excellent communication, written and organisational skills are vital for this role.
Additional InformationThere are 3 permanent posts available. These vacancies are suitable for job share.
