In this role, you will support the Service Charge Team, Finance Team, Neighbourhood Teams and other service areas to ensure service charges are administered accurately and efficiently. You will contribute to income collection, customer communication, and continuous improvement of processes.
You will help ensure customers understand their service charges and receive a high-quality, responsive service.
About YouYou will support the effective administration of service charges across CCHA, ensuring accurate records, clear communication with customers, and compliance with policies and relevant legislation.
You will play a key supporting role in delivering fair and transparent service charges for tenants and leaseholders, assisting with enquiries, financial processing, and the coordination of service charge activities.
