Equiniti is seeking an experienced Complaint Handler in Cardiff to support customers through challenging times by resolving complaints. The role involves direct communication with customers, capturing details in the bank's systems, and ensuring outcomes are fair and just.
Key responsibilities include taking ownership of complaints, preparing customer data for investigations, and managing customer expectations. Ideal candidates will have complaint handling experience and knowledge of financial regulations.
This fulltime position offers a daily rate of £150, increasing to £165 after 12 weeks of accreditation. Work hours are 37.5 hours per week.
