Celtic Manor Resort in Cardiff is seeking a Guest Services Associate for the Front of House, 37.5 hours per week, with a full-time contract. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, personalised service across all outlets.
You will maintain in-depth knowledge of The Celtic Collection to assist guests, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience at our Westgate Street location.
