Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver a fantastic experience for service and vehicle repair customers. You will be a warm, articulate communicator who can handle busy, customer-facing interactions with empathy and efficiency.
The role involves liaising with the workshop, managing customer records and upselling aftersales where appropriate, in a full-time Monday–Friday pattern with occasional Saturday hours.
