SSE has an opening for a part-time advisor based in Cardiff or Reading, operating in a hybrid pattern with lunch-hour coverage, Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 or 10:30–14:30, and requires attendance at the office at least two days a week.
You will contact customers via dialler or inbound lines to arrange smart metering appointments, explain benefits, handle inquiries, and record interactions, contributing to a smooth transition to the 4G smart metering network.
