Customer Advisor

Admiral is looking for Customer Advisors to join its Customer Loyalty team. The role focuses on providing exceptional telephone support to existing customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and helping customers maximise their value with Admiral.

• Handle inbound calls from current customers, providing support for renewal pricing, additional coverage and general queries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to all compliance requirements.
• Use training, tools and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the team to continually adapt to evolving customer needs and maintain a competitive edge.
