The Role

• You'll be the key link between our customers and the workshop - making sure communication is clear, accurate and always centred around trust and transparency:
• Greet customers, understand their needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Manage service bookings, workshop diaries and coordinate work with technicians
• Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process
• Identify additional work and explain recommendations clearly and professionally
• Prepare job cards, process invoices and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with customers, technicians and parts teams to keep the workshop running smoothly
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage trust and loyalty

• Up to £31,500 basic salary depending on experience plus a £500 monthly performance-related bonus

• Previous Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar customer-facing experience - motor industry experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident, professional and genuinely customer-first
• Able to work calmly and effectively in a busy dealership environment
• Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Full UK driving licence
