Sytner Group is seeking a friendly Customer Relations Specialist to join its Aftersales team. You will use CRM systems to contact customers, follow up on service reminders and help deliver outstanding customer experiences across our Porsche Centre network.
You will be organised, comfortable with data entry and able to thrive in a fast-paced, positive environment. Previous customer service or call-handling experience is preferred but not essential.
