Tufin is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise customers and ensure successful adoption of the Guided Success program. You will partner with customers’ executives and internal teams to drive adoption plans and measurable business value.
In this role you will coordinate cross-functional resources, lead reviews, monitor health and outcomes, and advocate for the customer throughout the lifecycle, aligning renewal and expansion opportunities with sales.
