The Club Company is seeking a Group Customer Experience Coach to raise standards across our UK portfolio of premium clubs. Based in clubs, you will coach GMs, HoDs and frontline teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Reporting to the Customer Experience & Growth Director, you will use customer insight, NPS and mystery shopping to drive continuous improvement, embed CARE values, and support premium pricing.
