The Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff is seeking a Casual Spa Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for guests. You will greet visitors, show them around the spa facilities on arrival and provide advice to enhance their experience, while learning treatments and products to support therapists.
With immaculate presentation and a professional, welcoming manner, you will contribute to five-star guest service. Basic beauty qualifications are desirable to assist therapists when needed.
