Evri is seeking a Claims & Client Services Manager to turn data insight into action, reduce claims and improve client outcomes across our customer operation. This 12-month FTC role blends analytical expertise with stakeholder engagement to influence business performance and customer experience.
You will partner with Customer Services, Operations and key clients to identify trends, deliver meaningful MI and drive service improvements that benefit our customers and the business.
