Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Customer Support advisor in Cardiff, working 21 hours per week across our branches including Newport. The role is part-time and permanent. You will provide face-to-face customer support, handle everyday banking tasks, and help customers use online and mobile banking while promoting digital services. Applicants need at least 12 months of customer service experience and a commitment to delivering helpful, empathetic service.
