Apprentice Customer Service Assistant

We are CCF. A Nationwide distributor of insulation and interior building products, with comprehensive stock for interior building specialists, contractors and builders. Delivering from over 35 branches with 750+ colleagues.

• At the Counter:
  You’ll provide a first-class sales service, whether you’re chatting with a long-term customer face-to-face or providing expert advice over the phone. Use your learnt knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase
• In the Warehouse:
  You’ll stay active and organised, unloading supplier deliveries with precision and picking orders to keep our promises to our customers.
• As a Team Player:
  You’ll muck in with general warehouse duties, ensuring our environment is safe, tidy, and efficient.
• Safety First:
  You’ll champion our non-negotiable safety culture, looking out for your colleagues and customers in every task you do.
