Vantive in Northampton is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our home patients. You will ensure orders and product support reach patients promptly while contributing to service excellence.
This role is 100% office-based, Monday to Friday with rotating shifts. Applicants should have GCSE-level education, be highly organized, with a proactive, customer-focused mindset;
Siebel experience is a plus.
