We are recruiting for a Key Account Coordinator & Customer Support professional to join a well-established and expanding organisation in Cardiff.
Working as part of a busy client services team, you will support key customer accounts, coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure clients receive an outstanding level of service. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer focused individual looking to build a long term career.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of key customer accounts.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate stock levels and ordering requirements.
Produce reports and assist with account performance updates.
Support Account Managers with administration and customer coordination.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
About You
You will ideally have experience in customer service, account coordination, sales administration or supply chain support.
You will also have:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power BI experience is desirable).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
