Rent Smart Wales, a service within Cardiff Council, is recruiting Customer Service Officers for our inbound contact centre to deliver high-quality service by telephone and email.
You will support a wide range of customers, use web-based systems, and communicate in Welsh to Level 4 Advanced. This Welsh Essential position is office-based at County Hall, Cardiff. English and Welsh applications are welcome.
