Medivet is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for client calls and visits, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients and colleagues. You’ll manage reception duties, triage emergencies, and keep the practice diary running smoothly.
You should have strong numeracy, good reception and booking system experience, and thrive in a supportive team that values you. Previous veterinary receptionist experience is desirable.
