Travel Insurance Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Travel Executives to join our small but mighty Travel family, supporting customers at multiple points in their journey with us. As a Travel Executive, you will speak with customers across a range of travel insurance needs, from helping them purchase a new policy, supporting changes during the life of their cover, and assisting them as they approach renewal.

• Handling inbound customer calls across new business, mid-term and renewals.
• Providing excellent customer service with every interaction, making sure customers feel listened to, supported and confident in the information they receive.
• Offering suitable products in line with Consumer Duty principles, ensuring customer needs are understood and good outcomes are achieved.
• Explaining policy information clearly and accurately, helping customers make informed decisions about their travel insurance.
• Logging and handling customer complaints appropriately, ensuring they are captured accurately and managed with care.
• Working towards department goals and contributing to the wider success of the Travel team.
• Playing an active role in sharing new ideas and suggestions that could positively impact our customers, our products and the way we work.
