Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is proud to be working with a leading financial institution who put their customer at the heart of everything they do, they are looking for a small team of individuals who are great communicators to help resolve arrears queries in a people first, professional manner.
The Opportunity:Dealing with inbound calls with a how can I help you approach? This is a role where empathy and compassion are essential, if you have a background dealing with vulnerable people this is a great role for you. This is not a contact centre role, rather a role where you will enable customers to get back on track.
Responsibilities:- Dealing with inbound calls and ensuring solutions are right for the customer
- Logging the outcomes on the CRM system
- Making pre-arranged outbound calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Good keyboard skills
- Experience with sensitive conversations
- Compassion and empathy
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK
- Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends
- Hybrid working environment (8 days a month in the office)
- £14.29 p- £15.38 per hour
- Full training
