People Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

The post holder will support the Head of People Services in the delivery of a comprehensive range of workforce and organisational development and human resources activities throughout the Clinical Boards. This includes a proactive, person‑centred approach in all activities.

• Increase engagement of the workforce
• Facilitate workforce redesign and new ways of working
• Manage operational HR issues
• Performance management and monitoring of workforce KPIs
• Embed good people‑management practices
• Develop and raise managerial and team capabilities
