Key Responsibilities
The post holder will support the Head of People Services in the delivery of a comprehensive range of workforce and organisational development and human resources activities throughout the Clinical Boards. This includes a proactive, person‑centred approach in all activities.
- Increase engagement of the workforce
- Facilitate workforce redesign and new ways of working
- Manage operational HR issues
- Performance management and monitoring of workforce KPIs
- Embed good people‑management practices
- Develop and raise managerial and team capabilities
