We are seeking an experienced, proactive and organised Dental Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and performance of two busy dental practices. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, developing and supporting staff, driving business performance, and growing private dental services.

Working closely with the Principal Dentist(s) and clinical team, the Practice Manager will ensure both practices deliver exceptional patient care while meeting financial and operational objectives.

• Oversee the smooth daily operation of both practices.

• Ensure compliance with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW), GDC, GDPR, Health and Safety legislation, and all relevant Welsh dental regulations.
