Fair Access is recruiting a Policy and Practice Officer to lead a three-year programme improving support for older carers of people living with dementia. The role requires collaboration with public and third-sector partners to influence policy and shape service delivery across Wales.
You will coordinate regional dementia strategy engagement, facilitate knowledge exchange among health, social care, and the third sector, and help embed carers’ voices into national policy discussions.
