We’re looking for an Associate Dentist to partner with us on a self-employed basis at our established Bupa Dental Care practice in Penarth, Glamorgan.

You’lldeliver a broad range ofprivate and NHS treatments, in line with the
NHS Wales reform framework
, including:

• Comprehensive exams and risk-based recalls

• Preventative and oral health care

• Routine and complex restorative treatments

• Urgent and emergency care for new and existing patients

You’llmanage your own patient cohort, focusing on long-term outcomes, access for new patients, and prioritising clinical need—giving you more time to deliver high-quality care.

Established with 6 light and airy surgeries, experienced longstanding associates in situ, supported by a team of fully-trained qualified professional support staff.
