Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
Support planning applications and Building Control submissions

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within architectural practice
Demonstrable UK-based experience across the RIBA design stages
Proven experience within the residential sector
Strong technical design ability with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Good graphic and project management skills
