A well established architectural practice in Cardiff is looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician to support its expanding team. This role would suit someone with several years of industry experience who is keen to take on a technically focused and varied position within a collaborative studio environment. The practice delivers projects across a broad range of sectors including residential, food retail, non food retail, industrial developments and veterinary facilities, providing excellent exposure to diverse and engaging schemes.

• Several years of experience within the architectural industry
• Degree or HND in Architectural Technology
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong technical and detailing skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities

• Managing projects through all RIBA stages from inception to completion
• Producing detailed technical drawing packages
• Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and planning requirements
• Coordinating with consultants and wider project teams
• Supporting delivery across residential, retail, industrial and veterinary sectors
