Project Manager, Digital Media ​/ Production, UI​/UX Design

We’re expanding our team with the addition of a Project Manager to help deliver our services and support the production of our stunning content, ensuring smooth, seamless experiences for our customers every step of the way.

The Role

• Provide superb end-to-end project management experiences for our clients.
• Scope, document, manage, and deliver exceptional interactive, online, and visualisation projects at various budget levels and complexities.
• Monitor budget and scope creep diligently.
• Develop project plans and monitor progress.
• Monitor project performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Develop support documentation including requirement specifications and change requests.
• Monitor and report on team performance.
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are aligned with delegated tasks.
• Manage the delivery team’s schedules and resource forecasts.
• Identify potential risks or issues and proactively resolve them.
• Seek opportunities for improvement and propose new projects.
• Encourage collaborative working.

Requirements

• Methodical approach with exceptional time and people management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to integrate into a young, energetic, talented, and diverse team.
• Previous experience as a digital project manager or account executive in relevant services.
• Solid understanding of project management systems.
• Knowledge of ad platforms such as Unreal, WebGL, Autodesk, and Adobe.
• Understanding of user experience best practices.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
