Réalis is recruiting an Architectural Part II Assistant to join our growing Cardiff team, part of the broader Midlands, South‑West and Wales practice.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of complex, small, medium and large‑scale projects.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in all work produced.
• Produce drawings and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Present and communicate verbally and visually, including hand drawing skills.
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Adapt to flexible working approaches while maintaining a positive "can‑do" attitude.

• Recognised RIBA Part II qualification.
• Passion for architecture and a strong work ethic.
• Hard‑working, ambitious and positive "can‑do" attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organised, efficient work habits.
• Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
