Réalis is recruiting a talented Architectural Part I Assistant for a year‑long placement in Cardiff, as part of our Midlands, South‑West and Wales Architectural Practice.

• Work on a portfolio of exciting projects alongside architectural, engineering and specialist consultants.
• Support post‑Part I placement growth through mentorship and professional development.
• Apply your recognized RIBA Part I qualification, architectural passion, hard work and positive attitude to every challenge.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects of all scales.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in all work.
• Be highly computer literate – skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Possess excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and visual.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, organisational ability, attention to detail and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Have a flexible approach and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Self‑motivated and committed, capable of working within a team and independently.

Role may require security clearance. Offers of employment are dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance, with UKSV vetting process. Proof of residency in the UK for at least five years may be required.
