Cardiff – Salary: £27,000-£31,000.

• Assisting with the development of projects across a range of RIBA work stages
• Producing design proposals, planning drawings, and presentation materials
• Preparing planning applications, Design & Access Statements, and supporting documentation
• Working closely with Architects, Technologists, and external consultants
• Developing technical drawing packages and construction information
• Attending project meetings and assisting with client liaison
• Supporting project delivery while ensuring design quality and compliance standards are maintained
• Contributing creative ideas and innovative design solutions throughout the project lifecycle

• RIBA Part 2 qualification in Architecture
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Strong design and presentation skills with a creative portfolio
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch Up is advantageous
• Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to progress towards professional qualification
