Architect Lead; Revit

Morson Group is partnering with an award‑winning, design-driven architectural practice to recruit an experienced Job‑Running Architect on a permanent basis. The role can be based out of their collaborative studios in Cardiff. The client is a highly respected, interdisciplinary practice that values a positive, curious mindset and an iterative design process. • Project Leadership:
  Manage live, design‑led projects independently across multiple RIBA stages from concept to completion on site.
• Technical Excellence:
  Interrogate design details and oversee the production of comprehensive technical drawing packages and documentation.
• Collaborative Coordination:
  Work closely within an open studio environment, coordinating effectively with internal design teams, clients, and external consultants.
• Sustainability & Compliance:
  Ensure all design proposals strictly comply with UK Building Regulations, planning permissions, and modern net‑zero sustainability standards.

• Professional
  
  Qualification:
  
  ARB registered Architect.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience running projects independently within a UK architectural practice.
• Software Mastery:
  Advanced proficiency in BIM workflows, specifically utilizing Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
