Senior Town Planning Consultant – Cardiff
Lead critical projects in Wales’ capital city, spanning housing delivery, infrastructure improvements, and green infrastructure strategy.
Your Responsibilities- Managing major planning applications and appeals
- Providing guidance to junior staff and graduates
- Coordinating with developers, architects, and statutory consultees
- Supporting clients through the development lifecycle

- Chartered (or working toward) MRTPI
- 3+ years’ planning consultancy or equivalent experience
