Randstad CPE is seeking a Contract Design Manager based in Cardiff / South Wales to lead design delivery within an ECI framework. You will coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultancies, ensuring alignment with programmes, cost plans and technical specs.
The role requires NEC3/NEC4 knowledge and experience managing design submissions for quality, CDM 2015 compliance, and Design NCR closure. UK-based candidates eligible to work in the UK are preferred.
