Hilltop Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP (4 sessions per week) to join our progressive, patient-centred team in Brent. The post is available on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2027

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to registered patients through a combination of face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations. You will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and long‑term conditions while supporting patients to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, social prescribers, care coordinators, and administrative colleagues, to ensure patients receive coordinated and effective care. The role also involves reviewing clinical correspondence, laboratory results, medication management, and maintaining accurate clinical records using EMIS Web.

As part of the practice team, you will contribute to safeguarding responsibilities, clinical governance activities, quality improvement projects, and service development initiatives. There will be opportunities to participate in practice meetings, educational activities, and the ongoing development of services that support the needs of our local population.
